The Clover needs to return too, but as a striped Declasse knockoff of the 1970 Chevelle SS. It would give the Sabre GT and Tampa some competition. I really want there to be multiple models of certain vehicles, so like above, the 86 Infernus as well as the more recent GTAIV Infernus we've seen already. No matter how hard you try to replace some things, the original always prevail in people's heart. That and the Kuruma had a unique shape when compared to the rest of the "boxy" cars at the time.
