I was thinking it could be a hidden house some place up the west coast with no way of knowing its there unless you stumble apon it. Then you have the option to buy it as a safe house. It would be great for a place to hide from cops and park your sub. It would look awesome around a nice reef with a bunch of fish outside the big glass windows. Would just take the whole "buying a house" to that extra notch in gta. Im goinh to be pretty suprized if they dont have something along these lines end up in the game. Buy a beachouse and then go to the back room and see something strange. OMG IT'S A SECRET f*ckING DOORWAY. You walk in the doorway and there is tons of guns and sh*t. Then you look to the right and there is a little ladder. So you climb down it and then suddenly you are in the most beautiful place you have ever seen. Jizz... A purely underwater safehouse...maybe a bit of a stretch, but I wouldn't be too surprised to find myself dropping ballast at some point and popping up in a safehouse.
