In free time, when I'm not doing missions or causing chaos, I like to roleplay. In V I can imagine myself pretending to be a badass. You know, playing as Michael, owning several luxurious properties, owning a marina business. I'll roam around in laid back clothes just driving awesome cars. I don't know why but I just think it would be fun to cruise around the freeways and city in nice cars like the Veyron Super Sport or a Cognoscenti GT, feeling like a badass and just relaxing. On the way, I will give myself checkpoints and do random things like Rob banks and rob stores for money. If I die/get busted, I will try again, starting with a Cop/Ambulance car, and building up to the best of the best like the Infernus and Cheetah. I will use Franklin and Michael for this. Revolution-XW Posted May 20, 2013 Share Posted May 20, 2013 I'll get myself a dark brown outfit or black outfit as Franklin and get myself some silenced guns for stealthy robberies and illegal things to gain money for better vehicles and properties and do side missions. Then wear a dark green or dark brown outfit and an army cap and a nice silenced rifle and go to the woods to explore and hunt animals being very stealth. Durden Posted May 20, 2013 Share Posted May 20, 2013 If I do roleplay, it will be as an ex-soldier Mercenary who got dishonorably discharged due to his unethical & innapropriate behavior, and suspected mental illness. So in other words, I'll be a guy dressed in a Military outfit mowing down peds & police alike. In SP I will break into military bases and kill my ex-comrades, and in MP I will be a vigilante fighting for justice. GTA IV felt really organic right from the beginning. You start out as a poor immigrant straight off the boat living in a sh*t hole and just trying to make ends meet. That whole side wasnt completely shown in the trailers and wasnt as relevant as it was until you actually play the game. Once I got in the game I role played as Niko a fresh off the boat assassin scumbag doing low level hits on low level Russian mobsters, hiding in the Liberty City alleyways from the police as their sirens and lights scanned the main streets looking for my character. Changing my clothes after every hit to keep a fresh persona, covering up with a had and glasses not showing my face in public if I felt the heat was on to me. I say all that because I know that there will be 3 main characters in V, I know they will each feel unique and have their own stories and personas. I dont know how their particular realm feels yet though and I am very curious how it will play. At this point Ill be honest Michael just sounds like a middle aged father living attempting to rekindle the criminal life that he had lived in his prime and that isnt extremely interesting to me yet. I honestly dont feel comfortable with a GTA character who lives with his family it doesnt make too much sense at the moment. Franklin just feels too familiar to what we had played in San Andreas except more updated and I honestly didnt enjoy the vibe of that game much either from the perspective of Carl Johnson and right now am not looking to forward to role playing the same that I did in that game. That leaves me to Trevor. Trevor rocks, hes hilarious, hes the coolest GTA character yet! That being said Im not going to absolutely enjoy role playing as a maniacal no holds barred psychopath who is literally the embodiment of the stereotypical player who cares more about a giant rampage than actually playing the game, that is how R* described him after all. I mean I could always play like Trevor anyway by just not caring what the world thinks of my character and blowing it all to hell get wasted wake up and see the world just react like nothing happened. My point is that I wont really know how Ill role play until I actually play the game and thats half of why Im waiting for it right there. Michael: The weekdays ill do some ''work'' and on weekends ill try hang out with the friends and fam. Ill ocasionally jog with groups of people in the mornings. Ill drive my luxury cars around town and basically spend my cash the way he actually would. Wen the day is over I head back home and watch TV Franklin: With him ill be an average person. Just go to my job then walk with chop around town a bit and go nack and watch tv. Also maybe do a few street races for that FnF feel. Trevor: Well ill just be a badass with tis guy. I won't really goi on killing sprees but I will break any1 who looks at me funny, makes a funny remake at my ecspence or just outright irritates me by just looking at him/her. After each heist I wanna replicate the feeling that I got from the end of fast five where everyone was rich. I would also like to get an expensive cars and drive through the countryside at top speed.
