It would be nice to be able to open the back, fly close to the ground and people in cars can drive them up into the Cargo bay, or have them drive out close to the ground, and start racing or something. Or in a cargo plane, do the same thing except hop into a car and drive out the back of it and either go down with the car or jump out and sky dive the rest of the way. It wouldn't make much sense for it to be like GTAIV where you press triangle to enter through the door, and then your character is locked in. That would be incredibly stupid when you're a passenger in a 747. I believe we'll be able to wonder inside, maybe doing a minigame or two to pass the time. If it wasn't bolted down, you would derp and slide off. I guarantee that they have fixed this issue in the 5+ years since IV.
