He Was Quite Arrogant And Cocky and At times a dick but overall i quite liked him i mean he always protected tony and stayed loyal to him kinda stood Up For Brucie and i love it when he headbutts evan.

Hell yeah, I like Luis. In many ways I can relate to him, his life and his world view. I like him better than Niko or Johnny, because Luis isn't as poverty concious. I like that Luis is business-oriented, dreams big and encourages his poorer friends to think big aswell.

 

Only factor that disturbs me a bit, is that he is making all this money managing Maisonette and Hercules, has billionaire contacts such as Yusuf - and somehow he still lives in a ghetto ass apartment in a gutter part of the town.

 

I played through the game anticipating a nice penthouse in Middle Park East or Castle Gardens or a big ass house in Westdyke as a new safehouse. It never happened, unfortunately.

Arrogant? A dick? He was the nicest out of Niko and Jonny. Niko's running animation was worse it looked like he was speed walking.

I'm still trying to find that review that went over each of the characters and I thought was pretty spot on. I didn't like a lot of the characters in TBoGT.

I liked him. I thought the people around him were whiney and his whining was more of a frustration venting due to behavior of those surrounding him. His old friends used him and belittled him for his "success" as a major nightclub manager. I thought his mom was a piece of (garbage), but he still cared about her.

 

He was very much a player, but all the women he played with were playing in their own right. Women know they don't find love in a nightclub restroom. Well, perhaps not the crazy one lol. Even then, he didn't want to see her hurt. He just didn't want to be stalked.

 

I thought the story made him a bit too much of a guppy with the real bad guys.

The thing about Johnny is that, yes, hes an asshole, but his character is pulled off in such a way that allows him to be a dick. An awesome dick. Luis was a douchenozzle twat burger, and had no reason to.

I think he fits perfectly in the era and atmosphere of GTAIV, but Claude Speed, Tommy Vercett and CJ are the most memorable for me.

He had a great sense of humor, he could keep his cool in even the most difficult situations and he stuck by tony through thick and thin.

 

I loved the way he wound up rocco and timur.

That ghetto is gentrifying rapidly and the rent for that apartment has to be a couple grand a month at least.
