My guess is that it's just another random feature of V or a callback to VC's Gang Burrito but i'm not gonna rule out a possible link to the story. I doubt they'd feature a teddy bear on an artwork just for the sake of featuring it, I am pretty confident it has ties to the story. @Shockenheim - This thread is obviously talking about Trevor having a daughter specifically, not about the artwork, do you not read the mini-title?
