Can't uninstall GTA IV (URGENT)

Hey,

 

For ages I keep getting an error when I'm trying to uninstall GTA IV,

 

"Failed to release SecuROM license."

 

I'm sick and tired of this sh*tty message appearing. It is taking up so much space on my PC, and now it is so slow.

 

I wish you can help me uninstall GTA IV, and get past that error.
