lava lamp Posted May 18, 2013 Share Posted May 18, 2013 One thing thats always kind of annoyed me about IV was that you're very limited to the ground level. rockstar spend a lot of time building that map and id like to explore it all by climbing all the buildings and just seeing whats up there. Yeah you had the helicopter but you had to go and get it and it wasn't that easy to control. you couldn't just see a building and make your way up there like you could in SA with the beloved jet pack.
