Enforcer by far. I loved it so much I took a picture of the first one I caught. The noose guys driving it crashed into a gas station so it was relatively simple for me to swoop in and steal it. I like how it even has some battle damage on the side.

 

Well I was going to post the picture but it's too large even though it's small when I uploaded it. Does this site automatically expand them or something? I don't know how to resize it any smaller, but trust me it was a cool looking Enforcer with some bullet wounds by the driver's side.
