I think the driver should be able to shoot every weapon you can shoot with 1 hand and the passengers should be able to shoot the same weapons as the driver and rifles and shotguns.

We Actually we need this,Cuz in IV In mp,We'd Have Cops Chasin' Us Or Other Players out to kill us in high speed chases and our pistol/SMG Ammo Ran out...I Always thought about " i wish i could use my CHOPPA!"

AT4-CS. Has a reduced concussive backblast for confined shooting. Also, an RPG is propelled out of the tube, but the rocket isn't armed till around 75 ft away from the user to avoid burning them.

I know how an RPG works. I'm referring to the backblast when the weapon is fired (i.e., the reason you don't stand behind someone firing one). Doesn't have anything to do with the warhead itself.

 

Also, if memory serves, they didn't implement a minimum arming range for the RPG in GTA IV. Since it's apparently returning in GTA V, I suppose the alternative would be the old lean-out-the-window method of firing from a vehicle.
