You should just buy it on current gen because your not sure that it will even come out for next gen. If it does, it be not likely to come out before Christmas. When next gen consoles come out they will be ridiculously expensive, i won't be buying one for a good year at least. I'll also assume you are fairly young and don't have that kinda cash to throw away anyway, i don't see how anyone could wait to buy a next gen console for this game. Clearly OP is a kid so I'll just make it very simple. Buy it for your current gen system. As others have said we don't know if it will ever be on next gen consoles(San Andreas wasn't) and current gen systems STILL have a lot of life left in them. Next gen consoles are irrelevant to GTA V. IF they do release it for next gen then it won't be until the PC version arrives and f*ck knows how long that is gonna take (if it arrives at all!). Just buy it for next gen if and when it arrives. I'll be getting the game on PS3 then PS4 if it comes out for it. As for the life of current gen consoles. There is still many years of life left in them yet. I only got my PS3 less than a month ago (launch model died). I could have just held out for PS4 but it's too far away and there are LOOOOOOOOOOOOOADS of games I still need to play on PS3.
