collectibles in gta 5 and 100 % completion reward

IN gta vice city we had to collect packages , in gta sa we had to collect horsh shoes and spray 100 tags , in gta 4 we had to kill 10 pigeons . What do u think the collectible will be in gta 5 my guess is to deactivate surveillance cameras , whats ur opinion? also what do u guys think about 100% completion reward in the game do u think will get a hydra spawned on our roof and a rhino spawned on our front step ,like in gta sa . Gta 4 didnt really reward u with much with 100 % completion > What do u guys think

I wish it was 10 pigeons. I think each character will have his own set of collectibles that figure into his personality. Trevor will probably be finding or distributing drugs in set locations, Franklin will go around with Chop and Chop will have to "mark" certain areas. For Michael I don't know. Someone suggested photographing one of each animal, or maybe even a rare albino variant as part of the count. I thought that was a neat idea.

We'll probably have to collect treasure or some sh*t along that line... On land and underwater. I'm hoping we get a really cool award, like a f*cking Rocket Launcher that shoots spinning chainsaws and explodes like C4's...

rockstar will probably do security cameras and robbing securicars as collectibles

I think you got your numbers a bit out, 10 is a long way from 200, but that aside I like the idea of security cameras, maybe you have to shoot them out. And that would give an extra use for the enterable buildings, you have to search the corridors and the rooms, and some may be inside or outside.

And there could be thousands biggrin.gif

Why do you feel the need to double post bro? Jkz could care less pigeons in iv were f*cking terrible, should be some sort of collectables like briefcases with random stuff like cash, tattoo designs perhaps? But no pigeons please

Other than the lack of rewards, the pigeons were fine.

 

But I'll go out on a limb and say that we won't be shooting collectibles in GTA:V. I think the best call that I've read so far is that Michael, Franklin and Trevor will each probably have their own set of collectibles.

I really like the idea of each character having different collectibles, I hope that happens.

Also, surveillance cameras were already in GTA CW as collectibles.

Or you could have global collectibles that any character can collect. But they could affect the characters' stats. This could leave you with a dilemma. Do you have one character collect them all and max out the stat for him? Or do you share them out and boost each character's stat by only a third?

I see gang tags making a return.

Treasure underwater.

Seagulls maybe.

 

Either-way I don't want bloody pigeons again and the reward for 100% needs to be a lot better than GTA IV. Maybe customization stuff that make you look and feel like a boss. I do like each character having there own collectables also. This would make the 100 grind more appealing. Unless it's 100 per character. bored.gif

I really don't think collectibles should have that much of an impact on the character's abilities, it should just be a side thing, not an important decision you might regret.

Franklin isn't going to be tagging, that sh*t is below him, it doesn't make sense within the context of his story for him to be doing it.
