yoječ
This rig is terrible for the price - absolutely not worth the money. In general pre-built PCs should be avoided - either they are way overpriced, or the components aren't chosen properly, or both. This is what I'd consider: £139,38 Intel Core i5 3350P Ivy Bridge Processor http://www.scan.co.uk/products/intel-core-...-dmi-69w-retail £136,54 MSI Overclocked Radeon HD 7850 OC AMD Graphics Card - 1GB Overclocked http://www.scan.co.uk/products/1gb-msi-rad...-plusfree-games £54,90 MSI B75A-G43 Intel B75 Socket 1155 Motherboard http://www.scan.co.uk/products/msi-b75a-g4...-dvi-d-hdmi-atx £48,66 Seagate 1TB SATA 3 Performance Hard Drive OEM ST1000DM003 http://www.scan.co.uk/products/1tb-seagate...che-8ms-ncq-oem £28,08 Corsair Memory XMS3 4GB DDR3 1600 MHz CAS 9 XMP Dual Channel Desktop http://www.scan.co.uk/products/4gb-corsair...9-9-24-xmp-165v £47,10 XFX PRO550W P1-550S-XXB9 Power Supply (PSU) Core Edition http://www.scan.co.uk/products/550w-psu-xf...v-quiet-fan-atx £14,98 LG GH24NS95 24x DVD Writer with M-DISC Support, SATA, Black, OEM http://www.scan.co.uk/products/lg-x24-dvdr...-sata-black-oem £32,74 Coolermaster K-280 Mid Tower Tower Case No PSU http://www.scan.co.uk/products/coolermaste...ce-case-w-o-psu £69,70 Microsoft Windows 8 64bit DVD OEM WN7-00403 - The Most Popular Version http://www.scan.co.uk/products/microsoft-w...ost-popular-one! = £572,08 Much faster CPU and GPU, higher-end motherboard, proper power supply (the rig you choose probably comes equipped with some crappy "noname" PSU). CCPD
How about "Titan 8200i Spinosaur" Intel Core i5 2500K 3.40GHz @ 4.40GHz DDR3 Quad Core Gaming PC or "Titan 8700i Pulse" Intel Core i5 3570K 3.40GHz @ 4.40GHz DDR3 Ivybridge Gaming PC? The company is based in UK and they legit professionals.
Prometheus
The GPUs are too weak though. It's always better to buy each component on its own and assemble your build, this way you'll be getting the best value for your money.
Finn 7 five 11
The GPUs are too weak though. It's always better to buy each component on its own and assemble your build, this way you'll be getting the best value for your money. What you can do, is talk to a local PC store, and ask them how much they will put together a PC for and install windows. Usually be about $50, in Europe, maybe 30-60 Euros, you pick the parts out, once they all arrive, take them to the computer store and get them to assemble it. Advantages of this are; - Cheaper. - You get the parts you want, not something that is "Close enough." - You won't get a sh*tty no-name PSU that decides to explode/stop working/catch fire. Or build it yourself, it's satisfying, and not that hard.
SilverRST
Yep, what they said above^ Building a pc is much cheaper and much much better. You can chose the right without overpaying like 1000 euros. In my country they sell the pc's with very good CPU but very very weak GPU and bad and no name PSU. The cases also looks ridicolous and too fancy. It would differ atleast 900-1000 euros if I just build a pc instead buying the sh*tty pre-build pc.
Warpiggzz
Okay so i looked around and i got from what you and my pc store manager said to me i haven't got the exact link's but this is what i've ordered: AMD Radeon HD 7850 Graphics card 2GB Gigabyte 970-DS3 motherboard AMD FX 6300 Black edition CPU ( I could afford the 8120 edition but i saw the result's of an overclock which completely fries the system) 1 TB hard drive Xigmatek Loki SDS963 fan Window's 8 (64bit) 2 x 8GB Corsair 1600mhz Vengeance (2x4GB) 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA Zalman Z9 Plus case 650W Corsair VS This is all for 610£ A bit over budget but i consulted with my friend's and they agreed i got a good deal. But i know you guy's are the pro's so was it a good buy? :

Warpiggzz
What's wrong with it?
yoječ
It's much more expensive than the rig I've posted and it has a weaker CPU. It has more RAM and VRAM, but that won't affect the performance, at least not now. Edited May 20, 2013 by yojo2

The build is okay, But Yoyo's build would have been slightly better and you would have saved 40 Euros, it's not really a big deal though, Was it 610 including postage? yoječ
GTX650Ti isn't the HD7850's competitor, it's more like HD7790. If anything, GTX650ti Boost could be an alternative to the HD7850 @finn4life: as long as people aren't spending my money, I don't really care
