I think it would, like, you can go to some rave in some teenager's basement or in an abandoned warehouse and slam dance, take pills, etc. and you could even ruin everyone else's fun by calling the cops on the rave! Raves are usually in open properties (open air or warehouses or whatever, and usually accessed illegally) that aren't clubs/bars etc. Electronic music, dancing bright colors, illicit drug use, liberal engagement of sex and stuff, what whathaveyou. My only concern would be the music, despite them being just a small thing in the game it would suck if the music choice was real lame. I figure if they did implement it though, it would just be a random interior that you could enter and walk around, not much interactivity I'm sure. We had a glimpse of that in TBOGT and San Andreas (beach party) but GTA games, so far, are limited to peds mostly just walking around randomly. It would be great if, besides depicting just the general "feel" of a city, R* would go further, depicting typical urban events and improving colective AI behavior.
