I hope for a reallife MP server by R*. And they were looking for some new ideas in the communities or at least I read that somewhere.

Are you identified by your online i.d or i.p address when added to the cheater pool?

 

On PSN creating a new account literally takes 2 minutes and it's free, you don't even need to use a real email address to register. If you're identified by your i.d then the system will be a fail.

On PC it is social account ban probaly also IP, but IP is easy to change, they don't ban hardware because MAC address is easy thing to change on PC. On PSN it is probaly hardware ban if they are allowed that, if not then PSN and IP.

They could use a system like MTA San Andreas where a serial is attributed to each computer depending on hardware. Changing drivers, settings, reformatting, changing IP's will not effect it, unless you change a major piece of hardware.

A serial ban will mean that your computer is basically banned unless you change something.

True. Remember when IV was released? Most reviews were incomplete because they hadn't received the game's final MP by the time the review embargo lifted. I'm sure we will get info at some point. Not expecting a blow-out of info, though.

I would die from excitement if this happened but its almost impossible. console doesn't have a keyboard for codes. Unless they have it all voice activated

Personally I'm interested in hearing what they've done with it, from a more spectator-like position. I've never bothered with multiplayer much, although when I have it was decently fun (I've only ever bothered with free roam, though, with the occasional race).

And here was I, thinking I was alone in thinking this. Thanks for proving me wrong. I also never went outside multiplayer free roam madness and a race once in a blue moon. It just wasn't that interesting nor was there any incentive to actually play any mode outside of free roam. So I hope V will make it more interesting and actually worth my while, now as GTA V is centered around heists- it would be a crime not having this be a huge mode in the multiplayer section of the game. Heists and a well though out money system are things that could actually make multiplayer fun & rewarding, if you ask me.
