No death sentences (or even life sentences) and 21 years is the "harshest" penalty applicable by law. I seriously can't believe you guys don't know it's a preventive detention. He will keep is arse glued in the jail for the rest of this life. Still, he's a lucky bastard, Norwegians jails are f*cking awesome. Your country looks like a shlong with a really fat bell end.
