So just because R* changed their minds, or found they had extra time to implement those things, we can now no longer trust anything R* says? Utter codswallop. Utter codswallop. yeah, pretty much. they can change their minds and add in anything if they won't. so why believe them? i never believed them anyway when they said no customization. They never said no customization. They said no properties, and no making your characters fat/muscular, etc. (the skills exist but they do not appear to change the characters' physical appearance, so that remains true). They never said anything about whether or not we'd be able to have tattoos or change our hair, or have car customization. And the original GI article even confirmed clothing customization.
