A differnet ending Mission

In most- if not all GTA games final (or one of the final) mission(s) they have you chase down the antagonist. Why not try something different, I think it would be interesting if we were the ones being chased for once. This could also tie in with the "You play as the antagonist and the good guy" theory, you could choose wether you want to be the hunter or the hunted.

What do you think?

If you're being chased down by the antagonist then how the hell do you kill them?

What normally happens is the antagonist tries to chase you down 2 - 3 missions before the end of the game.

Well it doesn't necessarily have to be the antagonist chasing you down, it could be a massive swarm of police chasing you. Considering in GTA V the main focus is on heists and robberies, then by the end the three protagonists would be major criminals, with a massive manhunt going on, imagine a full on police chase after Michael, Franklin and Trevor at the end.

Also if one of the protagonists accidentally pissed off a major character or random criminal, then technically that protagonist(s) would become the antagonist for that character and it would end with you being chased down.

Not all stories need an antagonist.

Vice City was like that, sort of. First Forellis attacked your buisnesses and then attack you in your mansion so you have to defend until you kill them all.

Possibly but it'd destroy the endgame in my opinion lol. Even if they all lived it'd be weird to just go on Los Santos and casually walk around pretending that 500 man police chase just didn't happen.

Vice city was different. Yea I would like something different this time. The last mission should be the biggest heist of the game where the main antagonist (someone from FIB) tries to stop you.

Well if your being chased then you won't get that GTA tough guy feel. Could you imagine Trevor running away from the antagonist?

Well if Trevor's drugs had made him go physco, then yes I could.
