Somebody posted a thread with a list of facts from the magazine, but it got removed and replaced by the one in the news section. If I could get a pdf scan of the article, I'd find it. No, you're getting mixed up with the mini-map, which they said was square. Sounds weird but they must've done it for a reason, maybe you can see more on a square mini-map. Also, for the first time in a GTA, the character actually has a device with which to access a map (the iFruit phone). So it kinda makes sense that it is more square (or rectangular), like the smartphone's screen. I bet they have an option to switch to the classic map though. In fact, I bet this game has the most menu options of any GTA game so far, just because they seem to be trying to please everyone with this game. Yeah, it is. _____ OP, No. Why? 1) it's a birth mark. 2) that image has been around since San Andreas. I doubt they had V's map made 9 years ago.
