IDredMan
That's te largest amount of thumbs up I'v ever seen in my entire f*cking life. Also, that would be amazing. Sounds like something I would actually do, since it's not really obligatory.
HudS
OH HELLL NOOO! You should refill your nos at the car modding shop and not in a normal gas station. Gas stations are for refilling normal fuel not NOS. Imagine if Nasa came and refilled their rockets with rocket fuel from a normal gas station it wouldn't look to good would it? If they do both then it could work. But not only NOS. A filled car would hold for like 2hrs before it ran out of gas so i don't see a problem with gas. The New Blueguy
Filling up NOS at gas stations is similar to filling up the vehicles with CNG fuel instead of benzine and diesel. Got lot's of cars, trucks and buses her in Thailand running on CNG fuel (LPG and nGv). Anyway, I like it. I wish though we could refill the gas tank as well, not just nitro. If the tank runs empty, it's just to steal a new car. Are you in the desert, then... to bad for you. Call Roman for a cab or something I don't want to lose the car I'm in just because I didn't do a chore though. I'm already trying to meet halfway with this NOS refilling thing. So push that sumbitch to a gas station while firing with one hand and use the door for cover, man!
RandomNoun
Well I guess gas stations must have some more purpose than just selling gasoline canisters for trevor. I guess gas stations must be the place to get the gasoline canisters. I mean you don't go to a weapon store to get gasoline do you? Wait, that makes sense. This could be their purpose ... IDredMan
You see, I'm a reckless driver. I got the public menace achievement in L.A. Noire without trying to and without going off the main story too much. All I have to say is, both options would f*ck me over, either in an unfair/frustrating way or in a way that's entirely my fault. Racecarlock
Of course. I try to come halfway by asking if gas stations can refill nos, but people want me to have to get fuel whether I like it or not. Either preparing for a mission or not wanting to run out, every option you give me still leads to me having to sit at a gas pump being bored while the car fills up. I Luke
Worse idea than fuel. You just won't give up will you? You really must be -16. Unless your making NOS last very long which it's not meant to, again, it's a bad idea just like fuel.

Kifflom112
It's a good idea but NOS is for pussies, real drivers use a vehicle's pure mechanical ability. Another so and so is for pussies person. I'm wondering, should the system be like MCLA where you just stop by a gas station and your NOS fills up, or should you actually have to get out and refill it yourself? This is a compromise from your side.

Are you just posting this to spike the OP for criticizing fuel all of the time? Pathetic... NOS refill at gas stations is a good idea, it'll give the gas station a better reason to exist other than possibly entering it.

normanself
How about, if you stop at a petrol pump (totally optional) & pay to "fill up" (no fuel systems, no physics involving miles to the gallon, weight change, fuel related performance gains or loses) doing it adds nothing the "fuel tank", its just a pure cosmetic option. in essence you pay to watch the protag fill up. a little like how you go to a car wash. *yes, your car does get dirty over time, so this does make some change, but still... This way, people who want fuel can "role-play" running out of fuel & stopping by a filling station & getting their end away & others can continue driving for hours like tradition. win/win i think. or maybe not i don't know. Hello by the way, I'm new here.

Hello by the way, I'm new here. You'd still see the cosmetic thing, but you'd also get a refill on your turbo boost. No hits to performance for not filling up. I think that's fair. CryptReaperDorian
I like the idea even if it's not completely realistic. Now we just wait for some stupid AI driver to nudge you just a little too close to the gas pump. Also, for the use of gas stations, I would like to be able to make Molotov cocktails at them like we're able to in GTA CW.

redx165
I mean, what if you could buy NOS for your car in the game and then have gas stations refill that? That sort of makes sense. And it doesn't require me to maintain a full fuel tank, just a full nos tank if I want to use boost. Which I can handle. I can deal with that. Easily. It's basically the same thing as food healing bullet wounds. I mean, it works, right? This would be my next best solution to having optional fuel. No Rockstar shouldn't give in.
