Supported exes: gta3.exe v1.0 and v1.1; gta_vc.exe v1.0. Installation: Copy III_VC_Radio_for_All_Vehicles.asi to GTA 3/VC root or mss directory. It's not really MVL related bug anyway, try the new version, i tested it this time and it certainly works fine for me. My MVL settings is here: http://pastebin.com/GTR5DVUF But until fixed version of MVL isn't available, it's better to use <texdicts> value below ~32000. It used to be asi I think, thus it worked on VCMP, while most cleo scripts don't work on VCMP cause of player pointers.
