also some controversy will get sparked over the animals in the game, since i assume there will be possibility to run them over with car just like humans

In the screen below (one of my faves) there's a marijuana leaf motif painted on the front of one of those stores, but I can't read what the store actually is. Either a medical marijuana or head shop. From what I can see, it does look like an enterable building.

It will be cool to have a Molly as a small activity for a depressed protagonist usually when the latter is depressed and bored.

 

Also, it'll be hilarious for the protagonist to start hallucinating when overusing the drug like more than enough AKA abusing the drugs which leads to a humourous scene similar to the Aliens and Clowns hallucinations in Barry's missions. Or just dying and respawning in various special locations similar to Luis in TBOGT waking up in a fountain or inside the heart of the Statue of Happiness if he over-drank too much in a Champagne drinking contest.
