TheWarzoneXL
I've noticed that in some of the screenshots and trailers, some characters are wearing bandanas. Do you think that bandannas will be merely cosmetic, or do you think that they will tie into the wanted system, similar to how they did in Red Dead Redemption. yakprince
They'll probably act as they did in Red Dead, or have some kind of identity hiding ability to it. Once you go somewhere out of sight, remove it and your wanted level is gone.
skillz7855
I think it might just be a there for accessories because I don't think this game has Fame and Honor

Other appearance features are also taken to account when police look for someone like race, age, and build.
kesta195
I think they will be purely cosmetic. They might serve a purpose during heists however, as with all masks i.e. if you decide to wear masks for a heist the getaway is easier or something like that. AceHigh11
R* will cut them, like they did with fingerless gloves in IV.
GTA 360
I think it will hide your identity to the NPCs so they aren't very good witnesses.
