R* would be nuts not to include it, and I think because it's so revelant it will play during a cutscene montage or a heist or something, like the use of music in RDR (Jose Gonzales) and Max Payne 3 (Tears).

I'm worried that artists like pink floyd are extremely expensive to use. Anyone know about movies which have used pink floyd's music recently?

Im not sure I never heard of them but IM sure R* will pay for it if they do. I know They used Wayne in the last game and he charges $100,000.00 for a verse and 75,000.00 for a Hook

It would have to be just Roger Waters since he's touring for The Wall, but I doubt that would be a featured concert in the game. Not gonna happen.
