Topic about the police again

How do you thinnk R* will make the cops? In V they were a joke, often making silly one-liners ans sexual innuendo references. If I remember in III, the cops seemed more tough and vicious, verbally. I mean, the cop one-liners in III still give me chills.

 

"ALLLLLLLLLLRRRIIIGHT DROP DOWWWWWWWWWWN!!" or " Hey, you, stop! Heeeeelllooooooo?"

I hope in terms of their driving they will try to ram you while you're in the car and run you over if you have a high wanted lvl. Why would you try to shoot me when you can hit me with 80 miles an hour? Would also be nice if the 2nd cop in the car shoots bullets so he's not sitting there.

I know. In IV, they said the same things everytime. No variations. And it sucked. I am so tired off the cops, peds, niko saying the same things all the time. It's just terrible to listen too.

 

I would also like the cops to be more random, a.k.a. doing different things, so the police chases won't be the same again and again.

Going for realistic approach? I mean a cop isn't going to kamikaze his/her car at a perp risking innocent death or harm to themselves. Of course since it's a video game this still happens with the way it's currently set up in GTA IV .

 

Personally I'd rather they got out of their cars it'd be rather annoying having cops non stop drive-bombing me whenever I try to flee on foot.

I'm talkin, I wanna hear these cops be serious, they can joke around with dumb cop one-liners because GTA is a satire, but I want the cops to act like real cops.

 

Something simple like, "WEAPONS DOWN, NOOOOOOOOOW!" Or something. Something that's gonna make me say "Oh sh*t, the cops!"

Also, if you kill a certain amount op cops they should automatically call in better cops, maybe even army.

I've always liked the silly comments the cops make. The cops would have to be much, much tougher for me to actually go "Oh Sh*t!".
