COD is a warfare simulator, GTA is a complex storyline, involving deals, gangs, mafia and a multitude of other criminal activity. COD has a one way path storyline. GTA has multiple pathways in the storyline. COD is not an open world sandbox game. GTA is an open world sandbox game. COD you can only pilot aircraft when the game tells you. GTA you can pilot aircraft at your own free will In conclusion, the only game that you can compare COD with is another warfare type of game like Battlefield. End of discussion.
