Alenko Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 Since the previews on May 2nd, I feel that time has frozen...or at least is passing a lot slower than it usually does. Playing this game will be a reality soon. At long last....we waited 2 years for it since it was announced....the moment when we can play this game will finally come...soon. I just feel like something is going to go terribly wrong, even if it's not logical at this point in time....it feels like we'll never get our hands on this game because of the waiting we've done. These are dangerous times we are in. We won't be safe until the night before release passes without incident. And on September 17th, 2013....this will be the whole of GTAForums: Yes, this was over-dramatic and it was for the lulz. Nope, pretty much it'll be like this. It's been a loooooooooooooooooong ass wait. Six damn years. Come September 17th, it will be a glorious, happy day for everyone on the forum. I've now stopped playing the game and my god.. 4 months will feel like hell now. It's going to be hard even when I get the game. Just tell yourself that June/July/August/September are the best months, that's 120 hot days & nice weather, then the game comes out and we'll beat the sh*t out of it. National f*cking holiday in my house. GtaV day. like it has been said, we got through 2012, remember when the first trailer came? look how much time has passed. this will be nothing. If they had not delayed it, i highly doubt we would have gotten the properties back and many more things. Still..we are not there yet, not at all. It's still a little more than four months to go and until we get the announcement that the game has gone gold, i'll take it easy and not expect anything. As we saw with the delay at the end of january, anything can happen and another delay is ALWAYS possible. It doesn't matter that the chance of another delay is very small, there's still a chance. The cool thing is that these four months won't mean silence, it can't be. Rockstar has yet and they WILL unveil the multiplayer and what its all about. I think most of us still expect a proper website to come online, there'll be more screenshots etc. Before you know it....September 17th happens. And that's why I'm happy as well they have delayed the game. Rather have a good game instead of having a game that isn't completed like how we want it. They have polished it even more and they're still working on it. That's a good reason for me to wait longer. Looking back on the first trailer, it really took a long time until now. As said before, we didn't have lots of information in 2012. But now, only in just one week, Rockstar Games gave us three trailers, a preview to several magazines and A LOT OF screenshots! Now we're heading to september with only 4 months heading. Yes, ONLY. It's not even that long. Especially because they will certainly give us much more in the meantime. Not sure when, but they also will update the website drastically for sure. The last few weeks will be very hard to us, but GTA V will compensate that. Summer will probably fly by and then I start 10th grade on August 24th. That's only 24 days from there, and the school year will probably go by fast. But i'm wondering that we could today being only 11 days away from GTA V. Considering that GTA V was previously announced for spring and the three last R* games was released in the third tuesday of may, (RDR, LA Noire and MP3), The date of GTA V could be may 21. No V information for long periods of time... so many rumors, speculation. Now, we are in 2013 and we are only 4 months and 7 days away. To me, this doesn't even seem real. I can't believe it's already May. So how do you feel that we are this close? Guys... we have almost made it. Just hang in there, time will fly by if they keep giving us a screen here and there and maybe a new little piece of info. How does it make me feel? Are you my therapist? No that ain't true since when you travel into time, you get to the exact same point has everyone else. They might have wait longer, but you still play at the exact same time as them. The way I think the next four months will go are: June:Special Edition announced and also launch of GTA V website. July:Multiplayer reveal August: Launch Trailer September:Who cares about what else we get that month because we get the game Also I think we will get something new every 1-3 weeks whether it be screen-shots, artwork, or another preview.
