gamesguru
As with the previous two analysis, I did a breakdown of anything noteworthy mentioned (that possibly hasn't been talked about before on here). Though there really isn't anything groundbreaking revealed: 1:25 - Mt. Chilliad is very close to Los Santos. In the demo, when Franklin jumped from the helicopter it was near a mountain called Mt. Jessiah (spelling?). Possibly the one in this shot.2:16 - Personal note: I never noticed this, but the trailer being pulled by the black truck is different to the generator being pulled by another truck in next shot. It's probably already been mentioned somewhere on here though (probably in the vehicle database). 4:00 - Can buy and change clothes in stores. I don't think it's been mentioned in black and white that you could BUY clothes, so this is just confirmation. 6:10 - Possibly the animation when changing radio station in the car (this was in IV too, I believe). 10:40 - Looks similar to the area Franklin landed at the beginning of the demo. Possibly Mt Jessiah (spelling?) to the left. 21:58 - Portrait of Tracy & Jimmy in Michael's house. I don't think that's been pointed out before. 22:58 - Another photo of the same wedding picture seen in the bedroom in Michael's trailer. 23:18 - Personal note: the front door where Amanda is previously seen screaming "don't kill him". Just to get a further indication of the layout of the house. 26:28 - Commentator asserts the idea that Trevor moves to (or at least, closer to) Los Santos after meeting Michael, but I think he's just speculating (which he should've made clear). 29:50 - Fatal Incersen (spelling?) on the Juggalo look-a-like... name also seen on poster in Jimmies room (along with another fake band name; nice touch.). Will we see something along the lines of Love Fist again (original artists/music)? For those interested, here is the previous analysis, with breakdowns for your convenience: 2:42 - Same area as the one seen when Michael is sitting on the bench in Trailer #2.5:55 - Whippet (seen on bike), was also a coach company in Liberty City (III, LCS?) & Vice City. 9:37 - Therapist's place is possibly in the same area as 2:42, and the 'bench scene' from Trailer #2. 16:04 - Michael drinking with left hand. Possibly left-handed. Do we fire left-handed as Michael (you could switch in IV)? He drinks left handed again in another scene, but in another he does it with his right (57:25). 28:46 - Different shot of where Michael is drinking Whiskey at the beginning of Trailer #2. 31:38 & 36:29 - Kitchen seen in earlier shot. Just to get a layout of the house. 33:42 & 36:29 - Possible light shafts coming through the window of the kitchen. Highlighting more dynamic lighting. 34:54 - Books published by the same guy (Tony Mountebank) who was the editor of "On Liberty" which was the guide to Liberty City, included with IV. 36:10 - Photograph seen elsewhere in house in a shot later in the trailer (42:52). 43:15 - More photographs. Including Michael & Amanda on their wedding day. 46:20 - Mention of the KRYST4L license plate. I remember reading during the demo for May 2nd previews, Michael was coming out of a hotel when switching to him. Possibly an affair (with a woman named Krystal)? Or just at hotel during a heist or something. 54:08 - Armenian car dealer's final in-game name is Simian Yutarian (spelling?) 54:42 - Can see the Vapid logo again (another dealership?) 58:11 - Subtle touch during golfing (the tee goes flying). Golf course is fully playable (so full 18 holes?) 1:01:40 - Same jewelry store from Trailer #1? Just that the mission and store have been tweaked? Possibly hints at how you can approach heists differently? 1:08:52 - Dewbauchee GT (GT part hasn't been mentioned before). Blitz Party 47:42 - Bridge here is very close to where the Blitz Party mission ends. Rockstar said it wasn't near the docks (seen again 51:35). 48:44 - Atomic tire brand on tires (also seen on the side of the blimp). 50:12 - "Butt Lovers" truck. Used to block the security van. 50:56 - Same water tower from previous shots (the helicopter scene near the end of Trailer #2 for instance). 51:18 - Number plate changes on the security van (three times; hinting at the scene being played multiple times when editing the trailer). FIB Mission: 1:04:20 & 1:05:20 - Same mission seen in the first GI preview, with the FIB building? Michael has rappelling gear. 1:05:40 - 1:06:00 - Guy in helicopter is not Franklin, but the guy kidnapped from the FIB building. 1:06:05 - FIB Logo. 1:07:04 - Another person during the FIB mission mentioned in the first GI preview. 10:20 - This is a visual example of the/a new weapon melee move you will be able to do.10:52 - New improved cover system includes being able to roll between cover (like switching from wall to wall, car to car; although you could switch cover in IV, it's probably a lot more fluid now). 11:40 - In-game TV station (no name, just a 'to be sure' mention that you can watch television) confirmed by Rockstar (emphasis on the singular by the commentator, but there will probably be a couple of them to flick through IMO). Impotent Rage is a confirmed cartoon you can watch (cosplay of him was seen outside that Chinese theatre during the demo). 20:18 - The tattoo parlour used in the demo to showcase tattoos was on Vinewood Boulevard (commentator was not 100% certain). 22:48 - Possible advert for an "Outlaw" TV show, or something similar? 23:40 - Automatic cinematic camera angles possible? Seen during Blitz Party when Franklin barges over security van; the camera swapped to an alternative angle, to encapsulate the action. At 41:10, a further hint at these cutaways happening occasionally during Blitz Party. 26:45 - Vanilla Unicorn (the strip-club) has been pointed out many times by these guys. Including on a female model calender during scene in Jimmy's room in Michael's trailer, and on a poster in the Trevor trailer. 27:46 - Police car stationary. They didn't bring this up, but I believe that could mean it's a police station, with the car parked outside. 29:14 - Probably crew members helping out during heist (on the left and right bikes). 37:14 - iFruit billboard. Interesting note is that the phone seen on the billboard, including the arrangement of the apps looks exactly the same as it does when you use it (but it's a very vague and un-detailed look at what the UI looks like). The camera app/option is at the bottom right hand corner (so the 9th app in the 'list'). 42:23 - This is just a personal note. I've seen a lot of people on here think this is gang-related (as they say in the video), but it's a poster for Pro-Laps (logo bottom right); they thought it was referring to some sort of "running club", so not far off. bakerach
Did they say Mt. Chiliad is actually closer to Los Santos? All I remember them saying is that Mt. Josiah is closer to the Alamo Sea than Mt. Chiliad, but not really anything else about where it's located. edit: nevermind, I just re-watched that part. I guess Mt. Chiliad must be the big triangular mountain seen from the bank building screenshot and Mt. Josiah is the one to the left/back behind it. That means that there must be a lot more between the Vinewood sign and the Alamo Sea than people currently have mapped out. IronZombie
Gotta say, I'm actually pretty disappointed in these. They throw out the phrase "263 things you missed" and then the majority of their analysis is picking out trivial details we either already knew or that they already stated last week when the trailers were released. "Here's a Sprunk sign here, and this brand is Prolapse." Who the f*** cares? We already knew those details. Or how when Franklin shoots that gangbanger with his modded shotgun they point out that there's a light on the shotgun. Yeah, we can see that.. we didn't miss any of it. I honestly just think they ran out of stuff to talk about so they're padding their videos. I don't get it.. new pics and magazine previews are coming out every day. They could've picked some of that stuff to analyze but instead they focus on stuff we already know or stuff that's completely useless.
