Would you like to see Niko as an antagonist?

Doesn't make sense to me. Niko never wanted to be a villain. He was dragged into the situation by his brother. He wasn't the type to cause chaos, he was the type that got dragged into chaotic situations.

 

 

Also, I don't think any past main characters should reappear in future games as main characters unless strategically planned, which wouldn't go well in this situation since we control three characters.

I think it would be really interesting if he was working for the main antagonist as an enforcer or hitman type character.

 

Towards the end of the game there would be a mission where you are fighting Niko, gun battle/hand to hand/chase and at the climax you get to choose whether you kill him or let him live, so mirroring the choices Niko made in GTA IV.

 

Would be nice twist I think and would be cool to have Niko as a bad ass villain

No I think that would be incredibly cheesy, sorry to say...but really cheesy. As a tongue-in-cheek DLC spin-off thing I could go along with it, but as a main plot I would hate it.

I wouldn't mind one bit if there weren't any recurring characters.

 

On a more rational note: seeing Niko beg for his life at the end would totally ruin his legacy a character. And he wasn't that interesting to begin with, more of an empty vessel for the player. There's not a whole lot to antogonize against.

Niko was nothing. Just lowlife immigrant. IRL by now he'd be propping up a freeway or on a boat back home.

 

He has no legs left in any story. Forget him

Impossible, they said that he wouldn't be in GTA V. Can't really say where I saw that because I don't remember.

It says Don't expect major Characters LIKE Niko Bellic. That doesn't mean they might not include him, they just said some people like him. I still think he will be in GTA V either way, the plane ticket even suggests it.
