geoff900
Hello but it's XBOX Magazine why they will show it on PS3? ubisoft showed the PC version of watch dogs at the PS4 event. That's because the SDK's are PC hardware, plus Sony haven't finalized the actual hardware.
geoff900
They saw the preview with 2 missions being played on an Xbox 360 Bullsh*t. They either made a mistake or are just lying to get more attention. Everybody obviously saw the same demo on PS3. You should do a little research.... All mags saw the demo on their own on different tvs with different R* employees. Read the Kotaku Preview and you will see... Lol, of course there's always someone who just doesn't seem to think with logic, don't mind him. Why would GK even lie about such a thing, as if they have anything to gain by saying it was on Xbox 360 when it wasn't? Surely Rockstar wouldn't appreciate such unnessecary lies. But it seems they are the only one that saw it on 360, cause every preview that was put on GTAV.net was speaking about thePS3 version. Yes, of course, everyone else saw the demo on PS3 but this one tiny Dutch gaming site saw it on XBox 360. @ Mosquito I get the feeling you seem a little concerned about the 360 version of GTA V, largely because 99 percent of the demos were shown on the PS3. So naturally you would wonder what's happening with the 360 version, with fears that it might not look so good. I went through the same thing on my PS3 with GTA IV and RDR, only to find out for myself that they looked amazing on my PS3 and I had nothing to worry about the whole time. Don't worry man lol, I'm almost sure that the PS3 and 360 versions of V will be visually very similar and more or less the same. What you need to worry about is the strong possibility of multiple discs for the 360 version. If I owned, a 360 I'd be very concerned about that, as I really would not like to play GTA V on multiple discs. I guess you could say that i just found it a bit odd. But i admit, i also found it a bit worrisome, cause if both versions are developed individually, why not show both versions? But now we at least have one source that saw the 360 version. The reasons i make such a big deal of it is because GTA is pretty much one of the reasons i'm still gaming this day, i just LOVE those games and nothing in terms of gaming comes close to the experiences i have in these games. Xbox 360 is also by far my console of choice and i'd simply be very bummed out if the PS3 version would have a clear edge over the 360 version. It's good that you enjoyed GTA IV and RDR, and my guess is that you didn't watch any comparison videos of the two versions, which actually is not even a bad idea at all. Just ignore those videos and enjoy the game for what it is. I am not concerned about multiple discs though, if that happens, it'll be to access the next part of the story, and that's no big deal for me really. I think they where shown both, because different press companies always get to be able to see exclusive media footage.
