Kiffster Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 Don't know if this has been discussed before, the search thing never works! I really hope the traffic in V will be realistic! Like, in the city, I hope there will be lots of traffic, especially during rush hour, and less (but still a decent amount) in the surrounding suburbs, getting less and less the further you move away from the city. Highways should always be pretty busy. Then, in the countryside, in areas next to rivers or mountain roads, there should be very little traffic. Maybe a few cars every game hour or so. In the screenshots there's no traffic in these areas, so I hope we won't see rush hour traffic there. On main roads or highways there should be more traffic of coarse, with 18 wheelers etc, but less than on city highways. I want to be able to speed on country highways without worrying too much about too much traffic. The traffic in IV was pretty much the same everywhere in Liberty City and in SA, traffic in the countryside was sometimes a bit too much, even more than in the cities. What are your thoughts on GTAV traffic? What do you hope to see? I don't want too much realism in the game, but I'll be happy with realistic traffic. And from what I've seen so far in trailers and screens, I think the traffic will be the best and most realistic ever. And btw, where do you think the highways in the game goes to? On such a huge map, the highways going out of the city must lead somewhere, dontcha think? But where? Or do they just circle around the map? I don't wanna jump on the multiple cities bandwagon coz I don't think there will be a SF or LV.... but you never know.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yeah bro, I have the same problem with mine. This PS3 the website works perfectly fine but that serach function doesn't work at all even if I just type " Traffic " nothing will pop up. Everyone immediately jumps the person who makes a post like this. I agree this has been discussed so many times and is basically "pointless" but everyone is so bored instead of reading the OP and going back looking for another topic they gotta start sh*t. I just don't get it. But to the OP I agree with you on all of that except for the part about out in the country side how cars spawn every game hour I know it's only a minute but what if you flip your car or get it stuck in a ditch or something stupid and now you're stranded way out there? It would be cool but not if you were going somehwere in a hurry or need to go save real quick because you gotta go that would be f*cked up. Unless you can save on the phone that would be fine. But I'm sure that'll be fixed in V @TheMisanthrope - yeah it can be annoying if you wreck your car in the middle of nowhere and then can't find another vehicle quickly, but I kinda hope there's a lot less traffic in the country side. It would definitely come in handy say if you we're to sky dive and you land out in the middle of nowhere you run to the nearest road and no ones to be found call a cab and the prblem is solved. So yeah little traffic out in the boonies would be interesting at least you could drive as fast as you wanted testing out your cars handling on the windy roads and what not.
