Danny tamberelli is the voice of Jimmy. I am near 100% certain. Yeah I agree the biggest giveaway is they randomly gave Jimmy ginger hair just like Danny, he also sounds and looks like Danny. He's also an unknown actor unless you were a kid in the 90s unlike Jonah Hill who is very well known.
