Rayken Posted May 12, 2013 Share Posted May 12, 2013 Also not a muscle car Why don't you go look up what a muscle car is because you seem to be ruling everything out. sure ^^^ 1969 an a half a12 roadrunner. a muscle car because it was a production car that was then sold with a big 440 six barrel carb setup and built for one thing.. trashing cars in the quarter mile. ^^^ 1970 chevelle SS 454. also a muscle car because it of it high output ls6 454 which made it fast as hell in a quarter mile. these are both great examples of what a muscle car actually is which is a production car that was fitted with a powerful engine from the factory making it very quick and given the name "muscle car" not a corvette from the 80's that has a 350 making 240 hp... or a 1950 mercury coupe... that roadrunner is rated at 390hp but actually 450hp from the factory. and again in case you didn't see before.. http://www.musclecarclub.com/musclecars/ge...efinition.shtml have a good day Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

To be fair, the corvette is really toeing the line between "muscle car" and "supercar". The modern ones can give most lower-end supercars a good run for the money. Not really though because 240hp, plastic, ifs an irs, two seats, and high price tag arent exactly muscle car. If anything the ZR1 is the muscle version of the c4 but yet so far off from what a real muscle car is. Yes the new ones are very quick but still is more a sports/super car in the zr1 platfrom. What u are posting is really a hot rod as it is modified, an never came with a large powerfull engine form the factory. Along with the corvette which is a sportscar.
