TBoGT Crashing after first mission

I usually just play with a 100% save I download because I've already completed it on console and didn't feel like completing it again, but the save seems to have stopped loading so after a lot of trying I just decided to start a new game and complete it again. After I complete the first mission I hear the beep of the phone coming up like someone is calling me and then it just freezes and crashes to desktop.

 

Specs

 

Running EFLC with the latest patch on steam - Normal GTA IV and TLaD work fine, it's just TBoGT that is crashing.

 

I tried removing all my mods too, but that didnt do anything.

If you've gotten rid of all the mods, then try deleting all files from the Settings folder located here - C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Settings

 

If it still doesn't help, then I'm afraid you might have to reinstall the game.

Thanks, that seems to have worked! I must have messed something up somewhere, oh well.

I have the same problem and clearing that folder didn't help. I reinstalled the game and still have that problem
