There IS a police helicopter which would imply there is a chase going on. The indicators and lights seem to be present from the GTA IV bike and the rider has both the blue/gold helmet and tan shirt of the CHP. If you look closer, a gold badge also appears to be on the shirt and possibly a radio with going from belt (logically assumed) to shoulder. That helicopter isn't even a police copter, it's a black hawk trimmed down. And in the back of the picture, it's not two guys hanging on the side of a police car. First why the hell peds would stand between cops and Trevor during a chase? Second, 2 bikers same bikes same outfit same helmet at the same damn time? No GTA BUG here but definitely cops. Since then the OP was edited with the newest screenshot, clearly showing two bike officers. So people who think the scepticists in the first two thread pages are stupid should know that they did not have the screenshot evidence the OP gives now.
