Or it's just a civilian version - but that front fender, placement of the handlebars, and the little support for the windshield look identical. (i hope) Definitely looks like a police bike along with the helmet. Plus the shirt color (tan) matches CHP. Looks like Ponch from CHiPs lol. To me this is confirmation Police bikes are in.
