Rockstar confirmed that every characters has his own unique thing. Health, Lung capacity, driving, flying, etc. Trevor is flying, Franklin driving, Michael shooting perhaps... Franklin can maybe run fast then the other two and maybe Trevor and Michael can swim but Franklin not? What do you guys think, could there be a possibility? He is saying he might not be able to swim because we have seen a screenshot of everyone swimming except for Franklin. About the running faster thing, Franklin is more buff and fit than Trevor and Michael, so of course he will run faster. Durden Posted May 9, 2013 Share Posted May 9, 2013 (edited) Ironically, logic would point to Franklin being the better swimmer of the 3. Not only is he half their age, but he's a great sniper. Snipers are trained for effective breathing techniques, and so they usually have a high lung capacity. FYI, not a great idea man. Just because we haven't seen a character do something, it doesn't and shouldn't mean they are unable to do it. Especially a gameplay mechanic as vital as swimming. Its like if I assumed Michael cannot use the minigun because we haven't seen him with it. My point is, these kind of threads should only appear when we have gone a few months without any info (even then its really ridiculous). No offence, though! Jvmes Posted May 9, 2013 Share Posted May 9, 2013 I actually think it would be a really interesting character trait if one of them can't swim, a good way of differentiating between the characters, forcing a different approach to gameplay (although maybe you could learn?) and it reflects a real issue (it was on tv today that 12% of parents in the UK don't know how to swim).
