Well his name is Luis Tosar look him up on google images. I would post an image but my computers kind of weird these past few days. Hell, I was raised in the US and I have a slight accent. He did George Washington in the Spanish (Spaniard) version of Assassin's Creed 3. Here's an interview: He has a heavy accent. In the beginning I didn't think it was Knoxville, but now after hearing him laugh when he jumped out the car headed towards the train and when he is with Franklin and Michael really made me reconsider it.
