They already stated for GTAV and i believe IV that no usage of a-c list celebs, as they cost to much. They also said no buying property and Spring:) Also there was a 4-6 month delay to "polish" the game meaning to improve graphics and more than likely add property buying, not redo voice overs which is done months in advance before a game trailer is even released. More than likely they were in the studio during mid-late 2010 - 2011 hiring actors & doing voices for the dialog. The script is the very 1st thing produced for these games, its all wrote out on paper, to go back and change actual script and replace actors etc.. this late in, that's a huge delay (not 4-6 months), thats gameplay that has to be edited & more money spent. People are idiots, just because someone on these forums believes that they've found the character, its not official until Rockstar says it is. Anyone who is well known. Jonah Hill is very well known, Johnny Knoxville is too. I'd never heard of Ned Luke or Shawn Fonteno before they were linked to Michael & Trevor.
