I had that game, it is as you described and was actually decent, came out around the same time PS2 did, i remember being a bit disappointed it was for the PS1 and not the PS2. Haha, i should have really read your post properly before rushing in with a response, if it's not Worlds Scariest Police Chases then i don't know mate, sorry.
