scarface910 Posted May 8, 2013 Share Posted May 8, 2013 Searched for this couldn't find sh*t http://www.gta4.net/friends-and-girlfriends/ It says Dwaynes special ability is unlocked at 60, its definitely incorrect because I dated him until 60 and waited two days ingame without a phone call. So I decided to date him some more and when it got over 75 the perk was unlocked. Playing this on the PC so not sure if its different on consoles or if its a glitch. You have to get over 60% to unlock Dwaynes special ability. I got 70% on PS3 but it is not big deal on what you get. Niko and Dwayne don't get down like that man, stop that talk. Yeah you are right, I had that problem myself, when I first tried to get the perk. Yes I know, all I'm saying is that the script is either complicated and there's more factors than just the %, or 1.7 patch on PC bugs the friends behavior, since he never unlocked the ability for me - yet I had earned it very quickly while playing without any patches long time ago.
