TheBankManager
They're just making their jobs difficult, its like they're making their last game and its just so perfect. How in the world are rockstar going to top this long developed masterpiece? Screens that make the wait difficult for the game! StepY0gameUP
They said that they will one day like to add all three areas liberty vice and San in one game so I'm sure that will be perfection
jperkovic
gaming is constantly evolving, at least GTA games. 8 years back we were talking like that about San Andreas, and now we see it could get even better. I mean, real life is full of opportunities and stuff games try to copy, there is always something new you could add to the game in future... but this game looks insane, can't wait to play it. Right now we have to wait for it and then play it, after that we will think about what could be improved in future games Edited May 8, 2013 by jperkovic
TheGodDamnMaster
I'll withhold my judgement until the game releases to decide if it's "perfect". It looks amazing, but at the same time I expect the usual technical issues like pop-in and slow-down. That, and I hope that all of the features are decent, I feel like they shoe-horned in the business and property aspects. Only time will tell if this game will surpass San Andreas as the best GTA game to date because although Vice City is my personal favorite San Andreas is the one to beat. It has every chance of doing that. As others have said graphics, physics and so on always evolve so one day on next gen consoles it will be very possible to create something better than what we have now. It's a ongoing cycle. mmmfloorpie
With the next gen coming, this is far away from the end. Exactly, it'll be just like GTAIV... A new console will come out and the next gen GTA will be a brand new experience all over again.

Durden
Every console generation has a GTA that ends with a bang. This final console-ending GTA game is always the best f*cking game ever, according to the trend of SA and now V. Just imagine how good the GTA will be that ends the PS4/X720 lifecycle. I believe that will be the GTA with multiple cities, not to mention near photorealistic graphics.

Neo Arcadia
I'll withhold my judgement until the game releases to decide if it's "perfect". It looks amazing, but at the same time I expect the usual technical issues like pop-in and slow-down. That, and I hope that all of the features are decent, I feel like they shoe-horned in the business and property aspects. Mere technical issues can be fixed. The problem is that GTA V as a concept will be extremely difficult to surpass. Multiple protagonists that can be switched between on the fly, an absurdly big map that surpasses all that came before it by a long shot, underwater environments, planes, car customization, weapon customization, property purchasing, mission planning, stats, special abilities, etc. Is there anything V doesn't do? Unless Rockstar starts really thinking outside of the box, future GTAs will only be able to refine what V started.

Grand Theft Savage
I've been saying the same thing. Don't know if they'll ever top this game, unless they start making ALL of their games along these lines, but I doubt that. This is definitely the result of years of development and devotion. Nemesis2252
again, dont judge the game until youve played it. GTA5 could turn out a total flop for all we know. 95% likely it wont, but the possibility is still out there.

Dick Valor
V does look perfect, but just wait until GTA VI or VII when we get multiple cities, all buildings with interiors, no cut scenes/loading times, next gen graphics, etc.

Johan
There's always ways to top this off, maybe more characters, longer story, bigger map to include more cities?
Tasha + Kamali
R finishes off this gen with three separate protagonist with a storyline that intertwines, along with the largest GTA map to date. Next gen, I think the next realistic goal is several separate cities with a storyline that intertwines. I'm talking San Andreas, Liberty City, Vice City, or brand new cities with similar size and cultural relevancy in one game
Heath_89
Technology is moving pretty fast so it will be pretty easy to top GTA V soon. Its mind boggling to think what will be possible ten years from now.
Cyfa
Simple. Next GTA will be within 4-5 years on the next gen consoles and they will incorporate Liberty City, Los Santos and Vice City in 1 game. With maybe Los Venturas. Hell maybe they won't bring back Liberty City but will bring in London or something. You never know with Rockstar my man. Not to mention that a lot more buildings will be able to be entered. Next gen is going to bring a lot for game developers, look at what Rockstar has done with this game with only 512 MB of RAM. CryptReaperDorian
Well, they may eventually make a map that's actually pretty big by sandbox game standards. Yeah, GTA V might have a map of quite a decent size (especially compared to other maps from R*), but it'll still be dwarfed by dozens upon dozens of other sandbox game maps out there. I'm talking of upwards to a hundred square miles (GTA V's will probably be closer to 30 square miles if R* is not over exaggerating the map size like they did with GTA IV). dj212
1. More cities. GTA V will be fantastic, but the sheer scope of the world in GTA San Andreas is still hard to touch. I'd love to see three full cities in VI. 2. Different cities. We've seen a lot of Liberty, Vice, and San Andreas over the past decade. A new setting would make VI that much more exciting.
