It should also be in one of the screen shot topics in the news section, as well as one of the screens on GTAV.net's secion it's rather new so it'd be on either the first or second page. Anyways, I'm sure it will, I wouldn't think that R* has any reason not to put it in multiplayer. Finding it outside of races on the other hand, that's a whole different topic entirely, lol. Hopefully, there'll be some sort of Bugatti dealership (or it's representation, maybe Tugatti if the T logo on the back is anything to go by), and we can just steal one from there.
