Just a thought that came into my head after seeing the new screenshot, and I swear there was another screen of the river being empty. This shows a steady path of water. That's a good idea! it'll probably be like it is in LA noire, a constant stream of water but shallow enough to drive through Wouldn't mind that, would be nice for it to be empty sometimes though. GTAV0'clock hinted in their video on the trailers about the water level changing but that they couldn't talk about it before the 2nd and the press embargo was over. It's a LA Noire thing With SA on the PC I always used a trainer to increase the water height so the LA river would actually contain water, however it also flooded other parts of the game though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

For most it's not a big deal but it adds to the sense of a living, changing world. Would it be random? Dependant on rainfall? Change according to story progression? Who knows.
