I'm thinking slightly better. I hope V has sunset variety like RDR had. Some evenings were mostly cloudy, some were mostly clear... and almost all of them looked great.

i choosed NO. because it will Look much better. i have red dead and play it, and yes it does look amazing but GTAV will look much better

I actually think RDR looks better, I can't put my finger on why though.

 

Also, the "follow the nine" and "find the blue" threads meant nothing. They were just trolling threads by deepthroat and the admins.

I believe it will look on par if not better than Red Dead Redemption just based on screens alone.

I believe it will have moments that remind us of RDR, especially because of the vast countryside and wildlife. But based on the trailers/screenshots, I think the game has a much different visual identity.

considering the character models, RDR will still look better. Thats probably because in RDR u only had outfits and not really customization,

I think about the same & yes RDR does look that beautiful when you're playing it. It was mostly created by R* San Diego, the guys who actually built the RAGEngine.

because its a high res screen.

 

Youtube Videos usually look smoother and dont show as much aliasing as on your screen

so rdr dosn't look that sharp and amazing ingame?

For me its the best game graphically wise of this gen. Ok theres some technical issue ( clipping,framerate) and some ugly textures when you take a close look to it. But damn , the all thing together is just mindblowing. I still play this game and I still find my self staring at the game for a couple of second, and even take some snap of it.

Everytime I see this shot from Michael's trailer..my mind tells me that the graphics are the same as RDR so the answer is inbtween but RDR type graphics at most.

For me it's the other way around, RDR looks so much better (in action) to GTA V comparing this shot.

Is it a fair comparison? No. Because GTA V is still yet to be improved graphically. The final product will smash RDR to pieces really.
