Does this mean we might have speed limits in GTA? No it doesnt look like that. Looks like it went into the farmland. There is more police cars and i think a police chopper. Seems like a pursuit. Army @ max stars, different tactics, non-lethal/fines at 1 star, etc... But this quote diminished my hope towards these things. On the other hand though, R* have been known to mischievously lie about V's features. Besides, the changes can't be too slight if there is an entire star omitted from the wanted system. There is a police helicopter with 2-3 cop cars chasing a red car. It would be neat if you can watch the cops chase someone else as your driving on the freeway. There is a building missing though....you see it in the trailer #2 screen shot second to the last on the far right......but in the new GII picture it looks like construction cranes are building it perhaps?
