nealmac
When I originally heard that GTA V would use their own composed music, I was a little disappointed - the random sound generated by radio stations under the car chases have been one of the highlights of the series - but I must admit that it seems more evocative of the self-composed music as the mission starts. The quiet tones and deep bass builds up nerves and expectations while Michael runs rubbish car into the alley. This bit is worrying.

GTA-Addicted
Didn´t GameInformer say the minimap was round and placed in bottom right corner ? These previews are confusing, a few reported a square minimap now, others reported it's the good ol' minimap we know. Picture is obviously shopped Posted by Adriaan in this thread: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=360889&st=4720# @LukijsThe source image for that scene is from Red Dead Redemption. The train tracks at MacFarlane's Ranch. Certainly a good fake though.

nealmac
Also, to all the people bashing the OP, get a life. Seriously. He's only trying to do some good. If more people were as helpful as him, it would be a much nicer place. Ok, he's a bit slow off the mark, but many people haven't seen the article. And just because these people aren't "hardcore" GTA fans what does it matter? We all have different gaming preferences. No 2 gamers are the same. Some of us actually have a life outside of trawling the internet 24/7 trying to find snippets of information about a game, that hasn't been released yet. Do me a favour. Peregrin Brandytook
Wow, I'd never seen that "screenshot" before you posted it. It is possible that it's just a well made photoshop, but there are a couple of very interesting points: - The radar is square and in the bottom left of the screen, as this Norweigan journalist confirmed - This definitely isn't just a photoshopped image from RDR, although the graphic quality seems to line up with the slight criticisms from the demo (the game clearly looks current-gen, although we can see lots more detail/variation than in older games) - The style and coloring of the clouds/sky look exactly like what we've seen in trailers/screenshots - The size of the hill in the background fits with the massive scale of the map, and is far more vertical than RDR Does anyone know where/when this "screenshot" originally came from? is it me or if you look far out you can see los santos that's probably been photoshopped aswell

Lock n' Stock
Some interesting stuff there. I'd honestly prefer the mini-map being circular instead, but at least it's on the bottom left instead of the bottom right (which was stated in an early IGN preview). I hope that screenshot isn't legit either. The third-person view is too far away.

Nothing, if you don't mind sacrificing "real" songs for made up ones. I suppose I just like to keep it as real as possible. And after the sh*t soundtrack in IV, I was hoping they'd raise the benchmark in V.

And after the sh*t soundtrack in IV, I was hoping they'd raise the benchmark in V. I could be wrong, but aren't they just talking about the music that sometimes plays at moments? Previews spoke about the Franklin in countryside part and that they heard music, ambient music if you will. it's not like we don't get a sh*tload of radio stations with songs to listen to. If you meant something else, my bad...do correct me.
IronZombie
Are there any big story spoilers? Please can anyone tell? No. There is a minor spoiler on how the game start, but I marked that with spoiler tags. No, there isn't. That's the same demo preview 20 other gaming sites saw. It's not the start of the game. There are no spoilers here at all.

baguvix_wanrltw
"Rockstar employees have no name" In death, a member of project Rockstar HAS a name. His name was Adriaan Zeeson. Some interesting new details though, nothing earth shattering but worthwhile nonetheless, thx. EDIT: Woah, and talk about being late to the party.
