It's just guessing, the biggest article in Gamer Informer until now is the GTAIV article with 20 pages, so they are just guessing the only game that they could write more about is its predecessor. As you said, it's probably another next-gen game. The new Xbox is going to be revealed in two weeks, so developers are preparing their games to be announced soon. We can expect a lot of new titles, and probably GI is talking about one of these. By the way, they'll be showing it in around 2 hours, right? I would really love a Half-Life 3, the 2nd has to be the best PC exclusive IMO. If it is a new RDR, I hope Rockstar port it for PC and the port should be good not like GTA IV's.
