KSCK26
So I had a little idea, In the previews for GTA V, the character selection wheel had a fourth slot reserved for the players MP character. Though there is no official info on multiplayer, it seems likely that your custom character will have personalized stats - much like the three protagonists - unique to your play style. While talking about the single player heists, R* explained that the player can hire additional people to play specific roles in what the called a "crew." These build up to a bigger heist where the execution must be flawless. They'll require the right crew (which you can recruit) and players will have to decide on the cheap option, which results in less skilled people, or paying more for skilled crew members that will take a larger cut of the money. Of course R* introduced crews in Max Payne 3 and promised they would carry over to GTA V, and I just can't imagine R* using those terms without realizing the implications that came with it. Could the expendable characters hired for heists in SP be actual players' characters with their specific stats? It would be cool to make a really good driver in MP specifically to hire in SP as your getaway driver, and sharing characters between friends' crews would be dope as hell. Dragons Dogma did something similar with the pawn system an even allowed feedback that helped filter them to specific skills and ratings. Perhaps the money's paid to the high-rated and highly skilled players will translate into MP experience or something. What do you think?
