I still don't see it happening. Same goes for a PC version. This game was focused mostly for consoles, so I really don't expect to see neither a PC or Next-Gen version. Just like how RDR was only made for consoles. People even said there would be a PC version coming. Okay where is the PC version then? Point proven.

RDR is irrelevant to the GTA series or the PC platform, your argument is invalid.

Red Dead is a console exclusive franchise, GTA is a multi-platform franchise, to think about comparing the both when the PC platform is involved is just derisory.

It'd be really nice if R* and all other developers could just wave a magic wand which would give consoles the ability to render every texture in extremely high definition and still render all of the objects in the game world at the same time at an acceptable frame rate, sure. It'd be really nice. But there's this thing called "the reality of the situation" that gets in the way. Hopefully one day you'll grow up and learn to accept that instead of wringing your hands about it and opening pointless threads like this.

All this behind-the-scenes is acrobatics is essential for the game to work and I think they did a good job disguising it.

 

We will have to wait until we can see actual gameplay to make a proper judgement on how the game looks. Personally I'm not irritated by this at all.
